- Deposits
- A $50 Non-refundable deposit required at booking to secure an appointment. (This deposit will be toward your total service fee.)
- Prices are included with hair… Except FAUX LOCS, PASSION TWISTS & THE CURLY HAIR FOR BOHO BRAIDS. We don’t provide hair for those styles.
- Ombre is an additional +$40 only offered for waist or hip length long braids. Add in to your booking notes or text our business number if desired.
- Gypsy/Bohemian Braids are additional $25.
- Additional service fee is charged if last minute changes are made at the time as opposed to upon booking.
- While we love a full head; thick hair is subject to a $25 fee for slight increase in service time and additional braiding hair provided.
- Service Requirements
Please, be sure to arrive with your hair thoroughly washed & blow-dried. Your hair must be oil free and free of any product. If your hair isn’t properly detangled or blown out, we can provide this service with an additional fee. The straighter your hair is, the neater the outcome of the style. Hair must be at least 3-4 inch or longer all around the head for all styles.
- Consultations
Please consult with us via text or call us before booking if you have hair loss, damaged edges, thin hair or unsure of the style to choose that may best fit you. Do not book a day you have an event because the service might take additional time due to the thickness of your hair. We take pride in the work and refuse to be rushed.
- Lateness
Please, all clients must arrive at their appointment on time. You may arrive 10 minutes early before your service. Do not be late. After 15 minutes of tardiness , you will be charged a $20 late fee. After 20 minutes, your appointment will be cancelled & your deposit will not be returned.
- ALL NO CALL NO SHOWS WILL BE CHARGED 50% OF TOTAL STYLE PRICE.
- ANY ISSUES WITH YOUR BRAIDS HAVE TO BE MENTIONED WITHIN 36 HOURS WINDOW IN ORDER FOR US TO FIX IT. FAIL TO DO SO WILL RESULT IN A FEE.
- Payments & Balances
All remaining balance must be paid in Cash or CashApp. We do not accept credit/debit cards. Please make sure you have your payment ready upon your arrival.
- Cancellations
Please cancel your appointment in a timely manner. Cancelling your appointment within 24 hours of it’s scheduled time will result to a 50% late cancellation fee. Which will be charged to your card.
